3D Archers
This policy describes how 3D Archers (3d-archers.com) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and related services (the “Service”).
This is a plain-language policy for our private beta. It is not legal advice. Contact us if you have questions.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated for 3D archery scoring, club schedules, and related features. Contact: info@3d-archers.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email address, profile image (if you use Google/Facebook), and sign-in method.
- Match & scoring data: matches you create or join, scores, distances, impact zones, notes, arrow colors, and who recorded or revised a score.
- Equipment data: optional bow/setup details you save (e.g. rest, sight, arrows).
- Club & schedule data: club profiles, shoot listings, locations, fees, and related notes you publish.
- Technical data: basic logs needed to run the Service (e.g. errors, auth events). We do not sell personal data.
3. How we use information
- Provide scoring, rosters, standings, and match history
- Publish and search club shoot schedules
- Remember preferences (e.g. theme, last arrow colors)
- Secure the Service and prevent abuse
- Contact you about beta issues or account requests
4. Sign-in with Google or Facebook
If you choose Google or Facebook sign-in, those providers share basic profile information (such as name, email, and profile photo) with us according to your settings with them. We use that to create or link your 3D Archers account. We do not post to Facebook or Google on your behalf.
5. Sharing
Other shooters and scorekeepers in a match can see roster and score information for that match. Public shoot listings may show club and event details you publish. We use infrastructure providers (e.g. hosting and database) to run the Service. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data retention
We keep account and scoring data while your account is active and as needed to operate the Service and beta. You may request deletion as described below.
7. Your choices & deletion
You may request access or deletion of your personal data. See our User data deletion instructions.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the beta evolves. We will post the new date at the top of this page.
