User data deletion

You can request deletion of your 3D Archers account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to info@3d-archers.com
2. Use the subject line: 3D Archers data deletion request
3. Include the email address on your account (Google, Facebook, or the email you used for Quick sign-in).
4. Optionally include your display name so we can confirm the right account.

What we delete

• Your user account (name, email, profile image, plan/role)
• Linked Google / Facebook sign-in connections for this app
• Saved bow / equipment setups
• Personal links from match memberships (where you are the only identifying account)

What may remain

• Scores and names entered by a scorekeeper for a group match may remain in that match’s history so other shooters keep a complete card (we remove or anonymize your login link where possible).
• Club or shoot content you published as a club admin may need a separate request if other members still use that club.
• Short-term backups or logs may retain data until they rotate (typically within 30–90 days).

Timing

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days of a verifiable request. We may email you to confirm ownership of the account.

Facebook / Meta users

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove the app under Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites. That stops new Facebook login access; email us as above to delete data already stored in 3D Archers.
